MAKO / FAQ
Questions before you buy
Can I stack MAK$ boosts?+
Yes. The +100%, +150% and +200% boosts stack, for up to +450% on your online-time income, and they also multiply your CLUB income. Buying the same boost again extends it by 30 days.
How fast is delivery?+
Delivery is automatic. If you are on the server, you receive your purchase within seconds of payment confirmation. If you are offline, it is applied as soon as you join, with a confirmation message in game.
Do I keep my CLUB and MAK$ after a wipe?+
Yes. CLUB memberships and your MAK$ balance are kept across every scheduled wipe. Backpack size upgrades reset at each global wipe.
Is it a subscription?+
No. Every purchase is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. A 30-day CLUB simply ends after 30 days; a permanent CLUB never expires.
Which Steam account receives the purchase?+
The one you log in with on this store. Use the Steam account you play with on MAKO.
Can I upgrade to a higher CLUB?+
Yes. Choose the higher level; if you already hold a different or permanent CLUB, our staff reviews the change first so you never pay twice.
What can I buy with MAK$?+
Items and kits in /shop, backpack upgrades, and 30-day CLUB access. You also earn MAK$ by playing: online time, farming, kills and events.
Which payment methods are accepted?+
Checkout is operated by Tebex, with card, PayPal and many local payment methods depending on your country.
What if something goes wrong?+
Open a ticket on the MAKO Discord with your transaction reference. Refunds and billing support are handled with Tebex.
